One page correspondence to William A. Carter. Stockton, Utah Territory, January 13, 1867. 21 lines in ink. Connor writes that he is owed some money by "Fiens" and inquires what his plans are. Connor also writes to notify Carter that he has moved his family to Stockton, Utah.
Patrick Edward Connor (1820-1891) was a general in the U.S. Army and is well known for his campaigns in the American West.
