Eva Wennergren diaries
Scope and Contents
The collection consists of three diaries written by Eva Wennergren (1893-1981). Each diary contains daily entries of Wennergren's domestic duties within the home she shared with her sister, Hazel Olson. Diary I (1941-1945) spans ages 48-52. Diary II (1966-1970) spans ages 73-77, and Diary III (1971-1975) spans ages 78-82. The diaries contain comments on daily occurrences such as what movies Wennergren watched and what weather she encountered and what her reaction was to both. The diaries also mention people that visited Wennergren, and she discusses what they did. These diaries give insight into the social life of a single woman living in Logan.
