The UAMPS collection is arranged by board of directors meeting minutes, annual member and special member meeting minutes, committee meeting minutes, and projects meeting minutes. The papers are arranged chronologically within each section. Each Sub-Series is arranged by date that the meeting was held. The Sub-Series in series III, IV, and V are arranged in alphabetical order, and then the files are ordered chronologically. All documents were originally housed in bound binders or expanding file folders and are currently arranged in that same original order that they were received. Most of the audio materials in this collection are separated from the paper files, except three micro dictation cassettes, which are located in box 91, folder 4, and a Shoshone Energy/Idatherm presentation July 18, 2007 on a CD Rom, which is located in box 160, folder 23. These audio files are in these locations because they were originally housed within these paper files, unlike the other audio files.
