The finding aid includes: item number, title, description (number of items or interviews, media/images, and release form informaiton), student name, content description. Items are numbered by the year the student submitted the project to their instructor and the individual number of the item. For example, FOLK COLL 8a: USU 97-02, references the second item accessioned in 1997. The items are stored in archival boxes. The materials do NOT circulate.
