Bibliography

Milton C. Abrams was born November 22, 1918 in College Ward, Utah to George and Nettie Schenk Abrams. He served in World War II and the Korean War. During his time at Utah State University, Abrams worked as a Professor of Political Science, University Librarian, and Later Library Director from 1970-1984. Abrams served as the president of the Utah Conference of Higher Education, President of the Utah Library Association and Mountain Plains Library Association, a chairman of the Education Policies Committee, a chairman on the State board of History and the Historic and Cultural Sites Review Committee for Utah. Abrams also served the organization Sunshine Terrace located in Logan, Utah for many years. In 1985 Abrams ran for Congress but lost to the Republican candidate. As a result of a car accident, Abrams died on July 16, 1998
