This collection consists of binders from his time in the Utah State House of Representatives and later the Senate. The collection includes the House and Senate Journal, materials from Special Sessions, Administrative Rules of the State of Utah, and the 1981 Tax Revision Study Committee.

Biographical Note

Charles Bullen was a Utah politician and legislator. He received his degree from the University of Utah and served in the United States Navy during World War II. He served in the House of Representatives from 1971 to 1977 and the Utah State Senate from 1977 to 1985.
