Scope and Contents From the Collection: The images in Valeen Tippetts Avery's collection were removed from manuscript collection 316, and consist of miscellaneous research photos, including images from the life of Charles H. Spencer, three videos and a collection of slides. The Charles H. Spencer images cover two separate projects. The first are from his Crater Lake Water Development Project 1915-1917.
